As a Senior E-Commerce UX Designer, your responsibilities will include
- Defining and leading the UX strategy for the improvement of 13 web shops.
- Working with our graphics department and developers across Berlin and Europe.
- Using advanced data analytics to understand and improve user behaviour.
- Continuously improve UX designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Improve the user interfaces for each web shop, with a particular focus on improving the new subtel.co.uk.
- Build and manage a UX team dedicated to continuous development and optimisation.
- Advanced degree in design, HCI, psychology or related field.
- At least 5 years of UX design experience, particularly in the eCommerce space.
- Exceptional analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Experience of leading and building teams.
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Google Analytics, Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
